The OCCIDENT Team regularly improves certain soft skills to enhance collaboration both internally and externally. In addition to the continuous development of our professional investment and portfolio management skills, we attach great importance to teamwork.
As excellent communication is key to successful teamwork, we had a dedicated workshop in Pullach near Munich. We learned not only the theoretical basics but also many practical communication skills and spent a great time together, including two evenings full of fun and personal interactions. After all, good communication is always based on mutual interest und understanding, which is particularly important in a team as diverse and international as OCCIDENT.
