OCCIDENT is known to go the extra mile, also when it comes to our climate! Our planet is irreplaceable and we are committed to protecting it.
Like last year, we held a step competition for a good cause. We competed in three teams and the team with the most steps in the entire month of May got to determine which climate-supporting organization OCCIDENT would donate to.
Our winning team with over a million steps chose OceanCare, an organization that works to protect our oceans worldwide. Its main focus is on plastic and noise pollution and on achieving global sustainability goals in this regard. This concept is very much in line with OCCIDENT’s sustainability philosophy, and we are therefore particularly pleased to be able to support OceanCare on the occasion of World Oceans Day on June 8.
